Packhouse Palletizing System – Phase 2 Expansion
Phase 2 of this multi-phase automation project brought a second fully automated palletizing system online to increase throughput and operational efficiency. The system delivers high-speed, precise pallet formation with consistent stacking patterns, significantly reducing manual handling and labor dependency. With the Phase 2 installation now complete, the customer is well positioned for future growth. The palletizing solution was designed with a multi-phase expansion plan in mind, allowing seamless integration of a third palletizer as production demands continue to increase.


Automated Front-End Packing Line System
This project involved the complete redesign and automation of the front end of an existing fruit packing line to improve flow control, increase grading precision, and enhance overall operational performance. From the moment a bin enters the dumping system to when fruit is delivered to the grading line, the entire process is fully automated. The system incorporates robotic bin dumping, automated empty and full bin handling, integrated bin de-stacking and re-stacking, wet dump technology for gentle fruit handling, split-flume water management, pre-sort with wet rot removal, leaf removal, and controlled fruit distribution through flume dividers. The all-electric design eliminates hydraulics while maintaining a low overhead clearance and compact footprint. Delivered as a turnkey solution, the system arrived pre-wired and fully integrated with customized electrical, programming, and control systems, resulting in higher efficiency, faster changeovers, reduced labor dependency, reduced downtime, and a cleaner, more consistent operation.



Cherry Line – Catwalks, Platforms & Material Handling Upgrades
This project focused on improving access, safety, and material flow throughout an new cherry packing line installation. The scope included custom-designed catwalks and platforms that provide durable, maintenance free access for operators and maintenance personnel. The cherry line was further enhanced with upgraded Hytrol box handling and custom designed peripheral equipment manufactured by our in-house fabrication team to improve carton flow and operational efficiency. The project also included the installation of multiple empty carton monorail systems, streamlining empty carton delivery to packing stations and reducing manual handling. Together, these improvements enhanced safety, ergonomics, and throughput while supporting reliable, high-volume cherry packing operations.



TopControl IPS Intelligent Packaging System
This project delivered a fully integrated intelligent packaging solution combining advanced software, automated weighing, dynamic checkweighing, and high-speed labeling. The system provides centralized production control, real-time reporting, and reliable data management. The integrated hardware includes multi-level conveyors, stainless steel workstations, check weighing, and fully automated labeling, creating a streamlined, scalable packaging line designed for accuracy, efficiency, and future growth.
